Lotus Hill was founded in 2015, but the property, and its owners, have a long history of agriculture.
Located on Ayavalla Preserve in
Tallahassee, Florida.
Cattle have been a part of the ecosystem here for over 20 years. With rotational grazing, fertilization, mowing invasive plants, and cattle aerating the soil. The landscape improves every year.

​​The land hosts more then cattle. From hoards of butterflies to flocks of cattle egrets. Our cows promote and maintain the fertility in the ecosystem.
