Buying The Whole Cow.
At Lotus Hill
we offer the whole cow.
You buy the cow before the butchering, you pay the butchering fees, then pick up your beef.
It typically takes 1 month to process a cow.

These steers weigh anywhere from 1,000 to 1,500 lbs. We currently have a mix of South Poll and Wagyu.
All for $5.00 per 1 lb of beef.
Don't know who to go to for butchering?
Don't worry. We do!
Aubrey Connell and Jerry Clark are the best!

We will even trailer the animal for you, at no additional cost.
But, if you go somewhere else, you must take them or, we will charge a travel fee.
