We breed with a few key traits in mind.Â
Resilience.
  A2 Milk proteins.
    Body shape and size.
       Temperament.
          And meat quality.
All of these traits make up a useful and healthy cow.
Full-Blood South Poll beef cattle are the focus of our breeding program.Â
Crosses like Wagyu, Akaushi, and Zebu are also introduced to the herd. But they only make up a small percentage of our cattle.
